Sources and methodology

Every price, code and claim rule on this site traces to an official source. Nothing is scraped from other websites, and nothing is republished from forums or social media.

The pipeline

1. Poll. The official NDIS pricing arrangements page is checked weekly for new catalogue releases.
2. Ingest. New releases are parsed from the published support catalogue with strict validation; a structural surprise stops the pipeline rather than publishing a guess.
3. Diff. Every change against the previous version is listed: codes added, removed, repriced or reclassified.
4. Manual review. A human reads the diff before anything goes live. There is no auto-publish path, deliberately: a wrong price published silently is the worst failure this site can have.
5. Publish. Pages update with a new last-verified date and the catalogue version visible on every priced page.
