Pricing questions
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes, 30 days of the invoicing app, no card needed. The trial covers invoicing only; the AI notes are not out yet. If you don't subscribe, the account goes read-only and everything exports free for 90 days. Then it's flagged for deletion, with 30 more days to change your mind before it's permanently deleted. We email you along the way, and you can extend the date in the app.
- Does the price go up with more invoices or clients?
- No. $14 a month is flat, however many invoices or clients you have.
- What does annual billing save?
- Annual is priced at ten months: $140 a year for invoicing. About two months free.
- When do the AI progress notes launch?
- The notes app is in build. When it ships, you'll see the bundle price in the app - nothing bills unless you choose to upgrade. Your current plan stays exactly as it is otherwise.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes, from the billing page in the app, effective at the end of the paid period. Export your invoices and records, free, any time before you cancel.
- Does it work with Xero or QuickBooks?
- Not directly yet. You can export your invoices and records as CSV any time, which Xero, QuickBooks and most accounting software can import. A Xero-formatted export is on the list to build.
- Is there an app to download?
- Crestyn runs in your phone's browser, and you can install it to your home screen so it opens like an app. It isn't in the App Store or Google Play.
- Where is my data stored?
- In Australia, on servers in Sydney. More detail on the security page.
- Is my payment info safe?
- Payments and subscriptions are handled through Stripe. Crestyn never has access to your card details - Stripe processes and stores them directly.
