About Crestyn

Crestyn is built and run by Mick Lutton, a disability support worker in Mandurah WA. Not a software company that discovered the NDIS; a worker who got sick of Sunday nights lost to invoices, price guide PDFs and wondering whether a plan manager ever received anything.

Crestyn is an invoicing app that gets a support worker's invoice right the first time, sent in about 15 seconds - built on worker-checked NDIS pricing data. That same data also powers a free line item directory, checked by hand against every official PAPL release.

How the data is verified

Every price and code comes from the official NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, checked line by line against the previous version, and reviewed manually before going live. Anything published beyond the raw numbers has to clear one bar: would a worker relying only on the official documents plausibly get this wrong, be slowed down by, or miss it? If not, it does not ship. Every priced page shows the catalogue version and the date the prices were last checked. The full process is on the sources page.

Independence

Crestyn is an independent information service. We are not affiliated with the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) or the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. No NDIA funding, no plan manager commissions, no marketplace. The only revenue is app subscriptions.
