Crestyn Crestyn

About Crestyn

Crestyn is built and run by Mick Lutton, a disability support worker in Mandurah WA. Not a software company that discovered the NDIS; a worker who got sick of Sunday nights lost to invoices, price guide PDFs and wondering whether a plan manager ever received anything.

Two things live here. The line item directory is the reference: current price limits in plain language, updated from every official PAPL release and checked by hand before anything is published. The invoicing app is the tool: the same data wired into an app that gets a support worker's invoice right the first time.

The rule for everything published on this site: it has to be something a worker relying only on the official documents would plausibly get wrong, be slowed down by, or miss. If it does not clear that bar, it does not ship.

How the data is verified

Every price and code comes from the official NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, ingested from the published catalogue, diffed against the previous version, and reviewed manually before going live. Every priced page shows the catalogue version and the date it was last verified. The full process is on the sources page.

Independence

Crestyn is an independent information service. We are not affiliated with the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) or the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. No NDIA funding, no plan manager commissions, no marketplace. The only revenue is app subscriptions.
