Send NDIS invoices that do not bounce back
Invoicing for independent support workers. Current NDIS rates and line items built in, every invoice checked before it leaves, and delivery tracked so you know your plan manager got it.
Invoicing is $14 a month. First 30 days free. No card needed.
Built in WA by a support worker who invoices plan managers too.
Sunday night, still doing invoices
Pick the client, pick your usual support, done. Repeat invoices take about 30 seconds from your phone. A week that used to take an hour drops to about ten minutes.
Rejected for the wrong line item again
Codes and caps come from the current price guide. Your rates stay yours - Crestyn flags anything over the cap before you send, it never changes your price.
Did the plan manager even get it?
Every invoice shows Sent, Delivered or Bounced. If it bounces, you know that day, not at the end of the month.
What you get
- Rates always current
- Line items and caps come from the 2026-27 price guide, and the PAPL version in use is shown in the app.
- Your rates, per client
- Set a client-wide percentage or a per-code rate, then adjust any line on the day. Caps are flagged, never forced.
- Amend without new-number chaos
- Amending voids the original and links both documents, so you never send two invoices with the same number.
- Paid and part-paid tracking
- Tick off lines as plan managers pay them, including the odd partial payments they actually make.
- Clean PDFs, your branding
- Your logo, your bank details, every required NDIS field, on a PDF you can download instantly.
- Email sent as you
- Invoices email from Crestyn with replies going to you, and a copy lands in your own inbox.

Straight answers on trust
- Built by a WA support worker who invoices plan managers too. About Crestyn.
- Independent of the NDIA and the NDIS Commission. Crestyn is a private tool, not a government service.
- Your data exports any time: invoices as PDF, records as CSV. No lock-in, trial or paid.
- Hosted in Australia (Sydney). Details on the security page.
Questions workers actually ask
- Do I need to be a registered NDIS provider?
- No. Crestyn is built for independent support workers invoicing plan-managed and self-managed participants, which does not require NDIS registration.
- Does it work on my phone?
- Yes, it is built for your phone first. Crestyn runs in your browser, so there is nothing to install and nothing to update.
- What happens after the 30 day trial?
- You pay $14 a month to keep going, or you stop and export everything first. Your invoices and client records export free, trial or not.
- Do you take a cut of my invoices?
- No. There is no commission and no marketplace. Your clients stay yours and your rates stay yours; the only cost is the flat monthly fee.
- Can I keep my invoice numbering if I switch mid-year?
- Yes. Set your next invoice number once and Crestyn continues from there, so your numbering stays unbroken for your records and your plan managers.
- Will it change my rates?
- Never. Crestyn flags anything over the current NDIS cap before you send, but your agreed rates are yours and the app never edits them.
- How long does it take to set up?
- A client takes about a minute to add, and most workers have three to six. After that, repeat invoices come from your favourites in about 30 seconds.
- Is it just for NDIS work?
- The app is built around NDIS invoicing: line items, caps and plan manager workflows. If most of your work is outside the NDIS, it is probably not the right fit yet.
- What about GST?
- Most NDIS supports are GST-free, and Crestyn invoices state that properly. There is no GST maths to get wrong on a standard support invoice.
